Get Involved!

Example Letter sent to Wycombe District based businesses regarding Made in Wycombe 2012

Is your organisation ‘Made in Wycombe’?
Then it’s time to tell your story!

Attached to this letter you will find information about the new Made in Wycombe project and we cordially invite your organisation to get involved.

We have approached you directly because your profile fits the type of organisation we are looking to promote. By bringing together brands, products and services, big and small, under the Made in Wycombe banner we think we can make a difference to your organisation, your employees and the prosperity of everyone in the district.

There are many ways to get involved as you will see from the attached material. Most importantly though we need from you physical examples or appropriate materials we can put on display at the first Made in Wycombe Exhibition which is taking place between the 5th and 12th May at the Arts4every1 Centre, Desborough Rd, High Wycombe, HP11 2PU. Please note this will be free exposure for your company. The quicker you respond the more certain we can be of including you.

However we are a group of volunteers without any funding so we are looking for district based organisations to contribute to the development of the project by signing up to the 2012 Marketing Package. We feel this package to be worth over £500 but is available during April 2012 only for £195. The package includes: space in the Made in Wycombe Advert in Bucks Free Press, extended space at the Made in Wycombe exhibition, presentations or demonstrations at the Made in Wycombe Fun Day 5th May and Made in Wycombe Business Café 9th May, your logo on Made in Wycombe printed materials, banner on Made in Wycombe website, a two minute video or screen show for uploading on the Made in Wycombe website.

Wycombe District needs to compete with other counties and districts in the south of England and we feel this project will help attract inward investment, boost local trade between our organisations and most importantly help contribute to the creation of more job and career opportunities for every one and every family.

We urge you to support this exciting, valuable and worthwhile project
